We only collect personal information you choose to give us, and only what we need to do the thing you asked for.

• Quote requests: your name, phone number, email address, and the details of what you want moved, where, and when.
• Job applications: your name, contact details, the position you are interested in, your relevant experience, and documents you choose to upload: résumé, driver’s licence, driver’s abstract, background check and work authorization. Supporting documents are optional at the initial application stage.
• Email and phone: whatever you include when you contact us directly.

We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not buy, rent or scrape personal information from anyone else.

• To respond to your quote request and, if you book with us, to carry out the work.
• To evaluate your application and contact you about employment opportunities.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a Manitoba carrier.
• To keep records of the work we have done and the people we have worked with.

Email links on this site open your email application. Your message is sent to DBNS only when you send it from that application. Our company email uses Google Workspace.

When an online quote or application form is available, it is provided by HighLevel. Information submitted through that form is processed and stored in our HighLevel account so our team can respond and manage your request. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.

The application form accepts documents directly through HighLevel’s private-file fields. Viewing the stored files requires authorized account access. Use these upload fields instead of sending identity, background-check or work-status documents by email. Do not upload your Social Insurance Number or unrelated personal records.

Your information is seen by the DBNS Trucking staff who need it to handle your request: the partners, dispatch and, for applications, whoever is reviewing candidates.

We do not sell, trade or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (email, forms and customer management, and if you become a customer or driver, our insurer and payroll) and where the law requires it.

Quote requests that do not become a job are deleted within 12 months. Records for work we have carried out are kept for as long as Canadian tax and transportation regulations require. Driver applications that do not result in a hire are deleted within 6 months unless you ask us to keep yours on file.

We use Umami Cloud to measure page views, referring websites, device types and approximate country-level traffic. Its analytics tracker does not use cookies. We do not send form answers or uploaded documents to Umami.

The site uses browser storage for interface preferences, such as a selected service. Some fonts load from Google, which means your browser contacts Google to retrieve them.

If a HighLevel form is available, you can choose whether to load it on this site. Loading the form connects to HighLevel, which may use cookies or tracking to operate and measure it. The form and its supporting script do not load before you choose “Load form.” You can use the email alternative instead, or open the form directly; opening it directly takes you to HighLevel's hosted form.

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at info@dbnstrucking.ca and we will respond within 30 days.
